We've wrapped up an exciting project that has made campus spaces more comfortable and accessible for all patrons. The upgrades included removing old facilities, adding new underground services to increase the number of restrooms, and giving the access ramp a full upgrade to meet DDA standards. These changes mean easier access and better amenities for both students and staff alike.
The project delivered new underground services to expand restroom facilities, a completely upgraded DDA-compliant access ramp, and the removal of outdated structures to create a modern, accessible space.
During demolition, our team identified that the school's exisitng cabling and wiring were non-compliant. This unexpected issue required careful investigation and collaboration with the consultants and client to agree on a safe and practical solution. Beek proposed and implemented rectification works to address the latent conditions, re-arrange old wiring, and create a compliant foundation for the electrician to successfully complete the original scope of works.
